A-Premium White Balsamic Vinegar

Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our white balsamic undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, however it is not carmelized. The result is a crisp, tart vinegar with a touch of sweetness.  Extremely adaptable, it can be used with any E.V.O.O., as well as with our flavoured oils. This is a tart balsamic vinegar with a residual grape flavour and 6% acidity.

Baklouti Green Chili Fused Olive Oil

From the Barbary Coast of North Africa, this Tunisia Baklouti pepper is rare and unique to this region. This is the only example of this fruity and spicy green chili olive oil in the world. Baklouti chili olive oil is made by combining one pound of organic extra virgin olive oil with 1.6 pounds of fresh whole green Baklouti chilies.
