Local Bison bolognese
We start this 4 hour bolognese with a classic Soffritto, Tomato paste and a fair bit of red wine. From there local bison and Italian tomatoes get friendly for a few hours.
Cooked pork & veal meatballs
12 cooked Italian style pork & veal meatballs loaded with fresh basil, Italian flat leaf parsley, garlic and parmesan cheese. Heat in a pan or in the sealed sous vide cook bag. Great on their own but are perfect with our local roasted tomato sauce & spaghetti.
