Bison Bolognese Lasagna
4 house made pasta sheets layered with a generous amount of our slow cooked red wine bison bolognese. A little of cheese in each layer topped with a generous amount that will be sure to give you a little of crispy cheese in the corners. ( don’t forget to pre-heat the oven)

Local Beef bolognese
We start this 4 hour bolognese with a classic Soffritto, Tomato paste and a fair bit of red wine. From there local beef from Calgary Farmers Market and Italian tomatoes get friendly for a few hours.
Cooked Spicy Chicken Meatballs
12 Slightly spicy chicken meatballs. Loaded with fresh Italian flat leaf parsley, fresh basil garlic and just enough heat. People who don't love spicy food can usually handle these and those who need a bit more oomph add a bit of our Cayenne fused olive oil to kick them up a bit. Re heat in a pan or in the sealed sous vide cook bag. We definitely reccomend our fresh linguini and roasted tomato sauce to to turn this into a great meal.
